License Manager
Access to the licenses is controlled by ET License Manager - a software which runs on the license server and monitors the number of licenses in use. It will not allow the use of a product on more machines than the licenses are available. A license that is in use can be released to other user in several ways or events:
- The current user explicitly releases the license.
- If ArcGIS is closed.
- The system administrator can revoke the license using ET License Manager
ET License Manager can serve licenses for ET GeoWizards, ET GeoTools and ET Surface.
The License Server machine can run on any PC on the network. The only requirements are:
- It needs to run Windows.
- It needs to have an open port for TCP communications.
- It should not run a virtual PC software
Purchasing floating licenses.
The price of the floating licenses is the same as for the Single use licenses. Since this option is designed for large corporate clients we will not accept orders for less than 10 floating licenses. Customers that do not need 10 or more license can utilize our single use licensing options.

Delivery of the floating versions.
A download location for the ET License Manager software and the concurrent version of ET GeoWizards, ET GeoTools or ET Surface will be provided upon an order received
