The unregistered version of ET GeoWizards has all the functionality of the Full version. It has no time limit, but it can work with layers containing up to 100 features. The 3D analysis functions are restricted to 300 features in the surface layer.

Note: The Build TIN and Build Thiessen Polygons functions have a restriction of 300 points - if the source layer is a polyline one - this means  that the first 300 polyline vertices will be processed
