How to order:

Visit the order pages of ET Surface on ShareIt.com and order the software.

You will receive a reference number for your order.

How to register:

A. Fixed licenses

  1. On the ET Surface toolbar find Help Menu ==> Request License Key button. Fill the small form - all fields are required.

    • User Name

    • Company

    • ShareIt reference number (you will receive this number with the order confirmation from ShareIt)

    After filling the form there are two options to chose from:

    • Create Key Request File will write all the information to a file (*.et3). Send this file to register@ian-ko.com and in less than 24 hours you will receive the Key File that will unlock the full version

    • Send Key Request via e-mail. This option will open your default e-mail program with all necessary information. You just have to click the SEND button

  2. When you receive the Key File , save the attachment (*.ets file) to you hard disk. Go to Help Menu ==> Request License Key button. In the form click on Load Key File button. Select the file received. The program will be registered

NOTE: You need to be logged as an administrator on the PC when loading the license key file.

B. Concurrent Licenses:

Registering ET License manager

  • Install ET License Manager on the PC to be used as a license server

  • Create a Key Request file, using ET License Manager Console.  You provide the name of your company, a name of a contact person, valid e-mail address, and the reference number you have received upon your order.

  • Send the Key Request file to register@ian-ko.com

  • You will receive a license key for the number of licenses of ET Surface you have ordered shortly

  • Load the License Key file using ET License Manager Console.

Important notes:

  • Do not change anything in the request file or the body of the generated message. It will cause the registration process to fail.

  • Do not change anything in the Key File. It will cause the registration process to fail.

Checking out ET Surface license

  • Contact your system administrator and get the following information:

    • The Name or IP address of the PC where the ET LicenseManager is installed

    • The TCP port on which the ET License Manager communicates

  • Go to Help ==> Connect To License Server

  • In the dialog fill

    • License Server - fill the network name or the IP Address of the license server

    • TCP Port - fill the port number

  • Click on the Test License Server button

  • If a connection to the license server is established, click OK to save the settings. You are ready to work.

  • If the test fails - contact your system administrator.
